Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find !time2smoke and tap Cancel.

I switched to a new iPhone. How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app, go through the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored instantly.

I'm not receiving notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings → !time2smoke → Notifications. If they're enabled and still not arriving, try toggling them off and on, then restart the app.

How do I delete my data?

You can reset all your data from within the app in Settings → Reset. To request complete deletion of your account data, email us at support@time2smoke.app.
